We support payments via Paystack (Naira) and select cryptocurrencies. You can choose the method that works best for you at checkout.

Is there a fee for using BursaPay?

Yes, a flat ₦100 platform fee is added to every transaction. This supports our secure infrastructure and ongoing service improvements.

Are my payments secure?

Absolutely. Payments are processed via Paystack’s bank-grade encrypted infrastructure and all data is handled with industry-standard security practices.

Can I get a refund if something goes wrong?

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe there was a mistake or issue, please reach out through our Contact page for assistance.

How do I view my payment history?
