Welcome to BursaPay. These Terms & Conditions (β€œTerms”) govern your use of our services. By accessing or using BursaPay, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

To use BursaPay, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

2. Account Registration & Security

Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and for all activities under their account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. BursaPay is not liable for loss or damage arising from user negligence.

3. Payment Processing

Payments on BursaPay are securely processed via Paystack and selected cryptocurrency channels. You agree to abide by their respective terms and policies during use.

4. Platform Fees

A flat platform fee of ₦100 is added to every transaction(School Bills). This covers operational overheads including infrastructure, maintenance, and support.

5. Refund Policy

Payments made through BursaPay are typically non-refundable unless due to confirmed error or duplicate processing. For legitimate refund inquiries, contact support within 72 hours of payment with complete transaction details.

6. Payment Disputes & Failed Transactions

In case of failed or disputed payments, contact us via supports@bursapay.com. We will investigate using platform logs and gateway records. You may also need to liaise with your bank or crypto provider directly for resolution.

7. Data Privacy & Security

BursaPay is committed to protecting your data. All personal and financial data is securely encrypted and not shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse BursaPay for any unlawful activity. This includes, but is not limited to: fraud, money laundering, system abuse, or circumvention of platform mechanisms. Violations may lead to suspension or legal action.

9. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates third-party services (e.g., payment gateways). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of these providers. Any disputes must be resolved with the relevant third-party.

10. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or engage in activities that harm the platform or users. In severe cases, termination may occur without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

BursaPay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use, including payment issues caused by third-party service failures or internet disruptions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the site with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
