Welcome to BursaPay. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, services, and related content. By using BursaPay, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms.
1. Account Registration & Responsibility
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Unauthorized use should be reported immediately.
2. Payment Handling
All financial transactions on BursaPay are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party gateways such as Paystack and selected cryptocurrency partners. By transacting on BursaPay, you agree to comply with their individual terms and policies.
3. Platform & Transaction Fees
A fixed service charge of ₦100 applies to each transaction. This fee supports operational costs including security, maintenance, and customer support infrastructure.
4. Data Privacy & Security
We are committed to protecting your data. Personal and financial information is encrypted, stored securely, and never sold or shared with third parties. Our system complies with data protection regulations to ensure user trust and transparency.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use BursaPay for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities. Misuse of the platform may lead to suspension or permanent account termination. This includes money laundering, unauthorized access, or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
6. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies, engage in malicious behavior, or pose a risk to the platform or its users. Termination may occur without prior notice in severe cases.
7. Modifications to Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. We will notify users via email or on-platform announcements. Continued use of BursaPay after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Payment Disputes & Failed Transactions
In the event of a failed or disputed payment, users are encouraged to report the issue immediately through our support channel at support@bursapay.com. Our team will investigate the transaction using available internal logs and payment gateway records.
Please note that while we will do our best to assist in resolving failed transactions, the final determination in most cases rests with your financial institution or payment provider (e.g., your bank or crypto wallet).
Users may be required to directly contact their bank or payment provider to initiate a formal dispute or recovery process. BursaPay cannot override or influence bank decisions and does not assume liability for technical or financial issues caused by third-party services.
All reports of failed payments are logged and reviewed by the administrative team to identify potential platform issues, fraud attempts, or recurring patterns for further action.
