Configure an instant release percentage (e.g., 30%) on any service. That % is released to your wallet the moment payment is confirmed — no waiting for delivery.
Booking Chat

Deliverables Submission

Gateway fees are charged by Paystack/Flutterwave, not BursaPay. Organizations can choose to absorb all fees — in which case the payer pays the exact stated amount.
Pay-for-Me — How it Works
Payer fills the payment form, enables "Pay for Me", enters the delegate's name and email.
BursaPay sends a secure, unique payment link to the delegate's email.
Delegate can accept (pay) or reject the request. If rejected, the original payer sees a rejection reason.
On successful payment, the receipt is sent to the original payer's email — not the delegate's.

Gateway Verification
Every payment is verified directly with Paystack or Flutterwave before it's marked successful. BursaPay never marks a payment as paid based on frontend callbacks alone — we confirm with the payment gateway's official API.
Automatic Reconciliation
BursaPay runs daily automatic reconciliation — comparing our internal records against Paystack and Flutterwave transaction lists. Any missed payments are automatically recovered and applied to the correct wallet.
Race Condition Prevention
All wallet credits use database-level atomic operations (F() expressions + row locking). Even if two webhooks fire simultaneously for the same payment, your wallet can only be credited once.
Fraud Detection
BursaPay monitors for suspicious activity — repeated clicks from the same IP, duplicate references, mismatched payment amounts, and unusual withdrawal patterns. Flagged items are held for manual review.
Escrow Protection
Vendor marketplace payments are held in escrow — not released to vendors until clients confirm delivery. This protects clients from non-delivery and gives vendors confidence that payment is already secured.
Full Audit Trails
Every financial action — payments, wallet credits, withdrawals, manual adjustments — is logged with timestamp, actor, and reason. Organizations, registrars, and vendors can all access their own audit history.
Right to Erasure
You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Personal identifying information is anonymized immediately. Transaction metadata is retained for 7 years for regulatory compliance — but your personal details are scrubbed.
